How It Started

A few years back, our family took a trip to Europe—Finland, Estonia, Germany. The thing that stuck with us wasn't the museums or the food. It was the saunas.

They were everywhere. Not in fancy spas. Just in people's backyards, apartments, by the lake. Families used them after work. Friends hung out in them on weekends. Nobody treated it like a luxury—it was just part of daily life.

We came home to Tennessee and couldn't stop talking about it. We dug into the science—circulation, stress relief, sleep, recovery—and realized there's real substance behind why we felt so good over there. Then we noticed: finding a quality sauna in the U.S. is harder than it should be. And when you do find one, you're either overpaying or dealing with a company that treats you like a transaction.

So we built something different.
