What Qualifies for a Return or Refund

✓ We Accept Returns For:

  • Damaged in Transit: Items that arrive with visible damage to the product
  • Defective Products: Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Wrong Item Received: If we shipped an incorrect product
  • Missing Parts or Accessories: Incomplete orders or missing components

✗ We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or found a better price elsewhere
  • Buyer's Remorse: Returns for non-quality-related reasons
  • Used or Assembled Products: Items that have been assembled or used beyond initial inspection
  • Refused Deliveries: Orders refused at delivery without valid reason
Why This Policy? Saunas are large, heavy items (up to 800 lbs) that require significant shipping costs. Accepting returns for non-defective products would result in prices 2-3x higher for all customers. This policy allows us to offer you the best possible prices.

Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. Orders are immediately sent to our warehouse partners for processing.

Please review your order carefully, including product selection, quantity, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

Timeframes for Claims

How to File a Claim

1Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email us at [support@dreamsaunas.com] with your order number and a description of the issue.

2Provide Required Documentation

To process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Photos of the shipping label (with SKU/item number visible)
  • Photos of the outer packaging (to show if box was damaged)
  • Photos of the product and the specific damaged/defective area
  • Brief description of the issue

3Await Our Response

We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.

4Return or Replacement

For approved claims, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (if return is required) and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Damaged Shipments

At Time of Delivery:

  • Inspect the packaging before signing for delivery
  • If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of the damage immediately
  • You may refuse delivery if damage is severe (contact us first if possible)

After Delivery:

If you discover damage after opening the package, document it with photos and contact us within 30 days. Please keep all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stuck in Transit

If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 15 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and other household members
  2. Look around your property (garage, back door, etc.)
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. If still not found, contact us within 30 days

Partial Refunds

In some situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, such as:

  • Items with minor cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Partial damage to multi-component orders
  • Missing non-essential accessories (with replacement unavailable)

Warranty Information

Our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and are separate from this return policy. For warranty claims after the 30-day return window, please contact us with your order details and we will assist you with the warranty process.

Please Note: This return policy applies to individual consumers only. We do not offer warranties or returns to retailers or resellers.
