Shipping Coverage

We offer FREE shipping on all sauna orders to the 48 contiguous United States.

⚠️ Please Note: We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Processing Time

All orders require approximately 5 business days to process before shipping. During this time, we carefully prepare and inspect your sauna for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier schedules, and external factors such as weather conditions or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.

Delivery Method

Due to the size and weight of our saunas (packages can weigh up to 800 lbs), all orders are shipped via freight truck delivery.

What to Expect:

  • Curbside Delivery: The carrier will deliver your sauna to the curbside or end of your driveway. Inside delivery or placement is not included.
  • Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
  • Someone Must Be Present: An adult (18+) must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • Inspect Before Signing: Please inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt.
💡 Pro Tip: Have 1-2 helpers available on delivery day to assist with moving the sauna from curbside to your desired location. Consider how you'll transport a large, heavy package to the installation area.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted freight carriers including FedEx Freight and UPS Freight. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers or shipping methods, including expedited or overnight services.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after the initial shipment notification.

If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 15 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or capacity issues
  • Holiday shipping volumes
  • Address verification issues

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
